These terms cover your use of the Avalta website, trial and paid licences. By using a licence key you agree to them.

The service

Avalta provides a software engine that applies beauty filters to camera video inside your app, and a licence server that the engine checks with. The licence agreement explains what you may do with the engine.

Trials

A trial key runs every feature for 14 days, free, for evaluation. It is not for use in a public release of your app.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, by invoice. Setup fees are paid once, before integration starts. If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after its due date, we may pause the licence until it is paid.

Cancelling

Either side may cancel with 30 days' written notice. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.

Availability

The engine runs on the phone, so your streams do not depend on our servers being up. The licence server aims to be available at all times, and the engine keeps working for up to 7 days without reaching it.

Liability

The engine is provided as it is. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
