Licence agreement

This agreement is between Avalta and the customer named on the invoice ("you").

What you get

A non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to include the Avalta engine in the apps registered on your licence, and to distribute it to your users inside those apps, for as long as the licence is paid.

What you may not do

• Use the engine in apps that are not registered on your licence.
• Sell, sublicense or give the engine to anyone as a standalone product or SDK.
• Remove, bypass or tamper with the licence check.
• Reverse engineer the engine, except where the law allows it.

Ownership

Avalta keeps all rights in the engine, including any improvements we make while integrating it for you. Custom looks made for you on the Network plan are licensed to you exclusively for as long as your licence runs. You own your app and your content.

Updates

Paid licences include engine updates and new looks released during the licence.

When it ends

When the licence ends, the engine's beauty features stop working in your app. Remove the engine from new releases of your app within 30 days.
