This policy covers the Avalta website and the licence check built into the Avalta engine.

Video and faces

The engine processes camera video only on the device it runs on. No video, images, face landmarks or face data are sent to Avalta or anyone else by the engine.

Licence checks

About once a day, the engine sends Avalta the licence key, the app ID and a random ID created when the app was installed. We store a hash of the install ID, the IP address and the time of the check. We use this to run the licence, count active installs, and stop keys being guessed. We keep it for 12 months.

Contact form

When you send the contact form we store what you entered, to reply to you and follow up about Avalta. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking cookies. The admin area uses one cookie to keep the administrator signed in.
